St. Paddy’s Day Inspired Healthy Green Cocktails

Not a fan of green beer, but want to keep with the St. P day theme? No worries, here are some insta worthy cocktails that will bring on the buzz, but not the bloat! P.S, if you aren’t doing that whole alcohol thing, these drinks are just as buzz worthy sans liquid courage! Minty Matcha Iced Tea Ingredients
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 2 teaspoons Matcha ( we swear by Matcha Ninja)
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 6 leaves of fresh mint
  • 4 Sprays of propolis
  • 1-2 tablespoons of Raw sweet clover or Ontario wildflower honey
  • 2 oz of vodka
Instructions Take a shaker and shake the matcha and water together. Make sure you have gotten all the lumps out! Next, throw in the ice, mint and juice from the lime. Add in your raw honey and shake some more. Pour into glasses, and add some mint and lime to make insta ready! Fresh Basil and Cucumber Mojito Ingredients
  • 5 to 6 basil leaves
  • 2-3 Tablespoons of raw sweet clover honey
  • 1 inch organic cucumber
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 1 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 3 cups of Sparking water
Garnish (optional
  • 1 lime
  • 3 thin slices of cucumber
  • Small sprig of basil
Instructions Muddle cucumber in a cocktail shaker, then add basil, rum, honey and ice. Shake and then strain into a glass filled with ice. Add in your sparkling water. Garnish your glasses and you please and start sipping! KIWI Cooler This recibee is for one, but add accordingly if you are playing bartender! Ingredients
  • 1 peeled kiwi
  • 4-5 sprigs of mint
  • 2 teaspoons raw raspberry blossom honey
  • 2 ounces vodka
Instruction Muddle kiwi, mint and honey until smushed. Add in the ice and vodka, then shake it up until the mix is combined and cold. Poor into a glass and enjoy! Green Grape Sangria Serves: 6-8 glasses Want a quick recibee with out all the muddling and shaking? How bout a throw it all in a bowl and drink kinda recibee? Ingredients
  • 3 cups green grapes frozen
  • 4 cups of not frozen green grapes (2 cups of green grape juice)
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 bottle chardonnay
  • ½ bottle sparkling wine
  • ¼ cup raw ontario wildflower honey
Instructions The night before the day you need the drinks, put three cups of stemless green grapes into tupperware and freeze overnight. Day of the drinking: If you are doing the whole from scratch thing, blend the 4 cups of not frozen green grapes until liquid, then use a mesh strainer ( can even be cheese cloth) to strain the grape juice over a pitcher. Don’t add in the pulp. If you opted for the juice, add in the 2 cups of juice to the pitcher. Next, add in the  juice of two lemons to the pitcher. Then add in the chardonnay, sparkling wine and raw honey.  Stir it up for about 45 seconds, pour into pretty glasses (or mason jars if you are about it) and add in your frozen grapes! Now time for you to have a grape time!
